Dad/Gramps Posted May 31, 2010 Posted May 31, 2010 Hi Everyone, Most of you know me, and for those that don't, I've been playing ZT for about eight years and love this game. Before we get started with some pictures, there a few things about my zoos that you should know, 1. I am OBSESSED with fountains. You will find them most everywhere in my zoos. 2. As a veteran of the U.S. military and a proud American, you will find at least one United States flag in my zoos somewhere, most times more. I always put them in no matter what. 3. As a visitor to my zoos, you will get a cardio workout. Trust me you'll see what I mean. :24: 4. And lastly, I am not a master zoo builder, like many here at ZTP. So be kind with your comments. Also, I am not a fabulous story teller like my friend Pukkie. What you will get is many screens of animals and overviews of the zoo with little explanation. So let's get started. My goal is to use all the animals from Zoo Tycoon and Marine Mania. This may take more than one zoo. It depends on my exhibit sizes. So first off is the over view of the entrance. Heading up the center of the zoo we have the two desert animals. First the Gemsbok And then the Camels Across from them are the two grassland animals the Wild Horses and the Bison. Here is the center court with, as promised, the U.S. flag and our first fountain. On the other side of the court are the two aquatic animals, the alligators and the Calif. sea lions.
eddy-k Posted May 31, 2010 Posted May 31, 2010 great screens, perhaps some overviews. keep up the good work
Dad/Gramps Posted May 31, 2010 Author Posted May 31, 2010 Heading to the back of the zoo, we enter the arctic area. First are the Polar Bears with the Penguins next to them. Around the corner from the penguins are the reindeers Sharing the same viewing area are the arctic wolves. Heading out of the Polar Region, we find the Grizzly Bears, with the Siberian Tigers next to them. Across from these guys are the Gray Wolves And back in the corner are the Japanese Serows.
Dad/Gramps Posted May 31, 2010 Author Posted May 31, 2010 Heading back around to the front, we have the Black Bears and Pukkie's favorite the Moose. Across from the Moose and Black Bear are the Mexican Gray Wolves. If we had made a left turn back in the Polar Region, we would head into the Rain Forest, first up is the Jaguar. Next to them are the Orangutans. First with the tress and then without. Next are the Javan Rhinos with the Tapirs across the way.
Dad/Gramps Posted May 31, 2010 Author Posted May 31, 2010 Next are the Black Leopards, the Bongos and the Komodo Dragons. Next is a mixed exhibit of White Bengal Tigers and Regular Bengal Tigers. Next we have the Okapis, the Asian Elephants and the Lowland Gorillas, both with and without trees.
Dad/Gramps Posted May 31, 2010 Author Posted May 31, 2010 Next are the Mandrills and the Giant Anteaters. Next we head into the Highlands. First up are the Bighorn Sheep. Next to them are the Ibex with the Pandas across the way. Next up are the Snow Leopards, the Makors, and last but not least the Mountain Lions.
