(Admin)Savannahjan Posted February 5, 2018 Posted February 5, 2018 I have used them too, and it can be a challenge to get them against each other when turning a corner, due to their configuration. I wish their footprint could be altered to take up less space. But still, a wonderful accent. I like to use them in a desert, western setting, they are so nice and rustic.
RhysTheCompanyMan Posted February 5, 2018 Posted February 5, 2018 I definitely wanna see the House of Snow next! I love the hidden interaction of the animals using invisible fences. I really should try that!
pukkie Posted February 7, 2018 Posted February 7, 2018 again awesome and how pretty that looks with Genki's vines Creative building again and very inspiring. When this is finished I would love to have a copy of it
Kreek Posted February 7, 2018 Author Posted February 7, 2018 Thank you all! What I like most about the invisible fence is that it can hugely enhance the landscaping. I love being creative with it. Sure, Pukkie, I will post the zoo and UCI list here. I have not done much building last week. It has been very busy at work. This coming weekend I'm away trialiing with my dogs, but hopefully I'll get something done. House of Snow it is!
Kreek Posted February 20, 2018 Author Posted February 20, 2018 Well, after my car accident I was told to by all means relax. And although I have to limit computer time there's nothing more relaxing than escaping in a self made zoo, so I managed some building. The house of hiccup was not happy with the little land they were granted, so I added some more. Brought in from Jurrassic Park are the Veloceraptors. The roaring lion retreat oversees Pumba's terrain and Simba's domain. Overview House of Hiccup South side. North Side: And I have also finished the House of (Snow) White. Which is not white, but all about the love between Snow White and prince charming. With Valentine's day last week it was the perfect time to go all out with the love theme, but with a fairy tale twist. Ofspring of the following have sought refuge here: Diego (Ice age), Dumbo, Bear (Brave), and off course what is a zoo like this without unicorns. Pics to follow.
Kreek Posted February 20, 2018 Author Posted February 20, 2018 Welcome to Kissing town! Entrance to the House of Hiccup Turning right we head up in the hills to visit the Ogre's lair. Here we can also visit the Dumbo exhibition and the ice age gallery. We head back to the town square where a path heads up to the castle. To the left we see the bears. Heading up to the castle White's castle. Here you and your partner can take a swooning picture of each other. Dress up and have fun! There's also an observation tower and a restaurant. And it has a magnificant overview of Diego's den. And Dumbo down stream And the unicorn plateau Heading down to a little restaurant corner tucked away. The ambient sound of a flower bell relaxes many wary traveler. Overviews ruling house of White
(Trustee)ZooGrammy Posted February 20, 2018 Posted February 20, 2018 You had several interesting waterfalls and I like how you made the swan ride. But your kissing village looks dangerous to enter, LOL
Kreek Posted February 22, 2018 Author Posted February 22, 2018 LOL, yes Zoogrammy, you mean the entrance to the house of Hiccup? This is to prevent loving couples stumbling into dragon country. Here's a pic with the three entrances. Two of which are perfectly welcoming.
(Trustee)ZooGrammy Posted February 22, 2018 Posted February 22, 2018 Can you tell me where you got the houses next to the tunnel of love?
