I have cc also, and had to download some of the official content myself. Such as the kimono dragon and a few others.

Maybe be different versions of cc? I when I re-installed the complete collection, I had everything except the sable antelope. I had everything uninstalled, and just installed the disks that came with the complete collection.

In the menu, there should be a option to update the game.

I talking about the ingame menu. I believe it says, "Check for updates," then there are two options locally (your computer) or on the Internet.
