YES BLUE IS VERY RELAXING . I AM LEGALLY BLIND . VERY LITTLE VISON IN MY RIGHT EYE AND ONLY 20/ 50 IN THE LEFT . SOME DAYS ARE BETTER THAN OTHERS . I TRY TO BUILD ON THE GOOD DAYS .
