She hadn't made up her mind what to do with it (maybe as a working building of some sort) so I have decided to release it as scenery. The one on the right is a recolour I did that is part of an upcoming Darkworld and Otherwhere series. We also found 2 buildings of genkis that were unreleased. She was going to change the graphics on one and never did. Who knows what else I might find in her area at DG when I get time to actually look. I only found these when using "search" looking for something else. That is how I found the hot chocolate stand which I found and released recently.
