Here you are, corrected.

I found another bug in aquarium - wrong animation that plays when animals are sick on the surface. It only affects fish that use black-tip reef shark animations, and I know how to correct it (probably) - I release corrected aquarium when everything  is in order.

For now, have some badgers instead.

Animals:

badgers.jpg.2b92b11f389cffc7650e5fcdb4e5dd86.jpg

American Badger, Japanese Badger, European Badger, Burmese Ferret Badger

Compatibility:

Burmese Ferret Badger - my Owston´s Palm Civet

Japanese Badger - my Japanese Raccon Dog (to be released)

European badger can be with some compromises kept with Khaydar´s Red Fox with more than 95 suitability for both.

Enjoy!

Here is corrected aquarium.

Fish now eat as they should. Big thanks to The Elementalist who found about this bug. I do not know how long it would have taken me to notice that, if he hadn´t written me.

Little bonus: Heros efasciatus. You can find it in South American aquarium.

Another bug I corrected was wrongly assembled sick animations for animals that use ZT2 blacktip reef shark armature - generally big fish, sharks, sturgeons, arowanas, tarpon, etc. This bug showed animal wrongly when it was sick on the surface, with an empty space between parts that should be below and above water.

I think I corrected all the fish, but I could have missed some - so if you notice fish that isn´t eating, or looks weird when floating sick on the surface, let me know and I correct that.

Now that you mention it, I did notice the koi fish in my zoo were all extremely hungry despite the marine specialists having put food in their tank, but I assumed they just hadn't gone over to eat yet. I'll re-download and give an update later on today.

question: Can I still download each of the fish individually from your drive with the fixes?

Not really a bug, but the mamenchisaurus seem to be suffering from the same issue as the snow leopards in the vanilla game: they are very difficult to please. I built this exhibit for them in a 'test' file which is why there's no emphasis on aesthetic or anything like that. despite giving them their needs and getting the 'exhibit is well suited' with their favorite foliage, they remain upset and in the yellow.

also, I think the breeding rate of the golden pheasants should be dialed back, just a little bit 😅image.png.5f0e600a9566a663fa0fdc0db2a1e5a0.png

I´ll test it and decrease suitability rate a little. Meanwhile, you can try putting foliage in exhibit so it covers the whole square - animals need more foliage that way, but suitability rating skyrockets. With that trick you will please snow leopard and bunch of other animals easily.  If I remember correctly, I got 100 with fern bush for mamenchisaurus.

Yes, it´ll be lowered in the new version of fowl pack. I overdid it a little back then.

I tried it, and I got 99 suitability with their favourite tree, williamsonia:

and 100 with fern bush:

I think this is because other trees you added aren´t as liked as these two. And they like medium and small rocks more than large ones, they´re from floodplains after all.
