I asked Jay about this and he said:

In June 2012, I downloaded 57 ".ZTD" files from fantasyzootycoon. Green_Dragon.ZTD was one of them. Other "dragon" things from there were Azure_Dragon.ZTD, Black_Dragon.ZTD, Blue_Dragon.ZTD, Crystal_Dragon.ZT, Dragon.ZTD, Dragon_Knight.ZTD, Faeriedragon.ZTD, Gold_Dragon.ZTD, and Holy_Dragon.ZTD.

Is there no info regarding who/where it came from? Regardless, I would love to have the whole pack.

It came from fantasyzootycoon.  but whether that site still exists is another story.

Unfortunately they are on my desktop which is in storage but I have asked Jay if he has them readily available.

You may not want them as this is what Jay said about them:

The green dragon as well as the others probably are not great. In the case of the green dragon, I suspect the same image was used for all views. And it might not be animated. The young is probably a copy of ZT's young flamingo.

The thing about the graphic indexes is that they cover all the files Jay has and that includes good and bad.

Thanks for checking. A shame that they aren't great.

I have kept Zookapi/RightEyElash's complete collection in my folder at all times but testing, since probably 2003. Ditto for the invisible fence as many have also said. The old Monkey Business file from ZA has also been a long-time mainstay as I like primates.
