Kreek Posted November 2, 2011 Author Posted November 2, 2011 Thank you for the feedback! :glitter_happy: It's been a while since I've worked on this, but I finally found the time and the mood to do some zoo building: Here's the back corner of the zoo with some dinosaurs (don't ask me which one, I always forget as soon as I shut the game off. :sFun_doh2: I think it's Galli... something.) And the Bengal tigers exhibit. Moving back there's the mountain lion's exhibit, more dinosaurs and in front a slice of the fierce velociraptors exhibit. On the opposite side adjoining the orcas is the arctic wolves and wooly mammoth exhibit. Finally connecting to the velociraptors. There's not really a theme. I've never done dinosaurs extensively before so I decided to try out a few. Hope you like it. :lovefall:
Firehawke Posted November 2, 2011 Posted November 2, 2011 These pics are great, Kreek! I want to take a walk in your zoo! :glitter_happy:
(Admin)Savannahjan Posted November 5, 2011 Posted November 5, 2011 This is such a great zoo, Kreek. I always enjoy your work. I didn't like the Dinos at first, but one of our designers, Jordan, hosted a dino zoo contest quite a few years ago now, and he encouraged me to do a zoo. I really had fun making it and it turned out really well. I have liked working with dinos a lot more since then. Your mammoth exhibit looks great!
pukkie Posted November 5, 2011 Posted November 5, 2011 Outstanding Kreek! I like the used downloads you have in your zoo The exhibits look simply wonderful
Kreek Posted November 9, 2011 Author Posted November 9, 2011 Savannahjan: I had not expected it. But I really liked working with the dinosaurs! Thank you all for the feedback. Here are the final pictures. Veloceraptor hatchlings: Lowland Gorrilla valley: Spinosaurus, Komodos and Gorrillas: T-rex and komodos use the same stream Sabre thooths aka Diego's den. I also piled up a bunch of attractions in this area. Which pushed up the happiness rating. Zoo rating 96 Guest happiness 91 Animal happiness 98 40 staff members in total.
Firehawke Posted November 9, 2011 Posted November 9, 2011 I love it, Kreek! The layout is great and the stats are, too (except, if I was a guest there, my GH would be way higher!!!) Keep up the great work!
StickyFeet Posted November 10, 2011 Posted November 10, 2011 I love the T-rex and Komodo Exhibit! The Velociraptor exhibit looks amazing as well. Great job on this zoo!
Kreek Posted November 11, 2011 Author Posted November 11, 2011 Thank you, Firehawke and Sticky Feet. I already have an idea for my next zoo.
pukkie Posted November 11, 2011 Posted November 11, 2011 I especially love the gorilla exhibit Wonderful design! :glitter_happy:
Kreek Posted November 22, 2011 Author Posted November 22, 2011 Thanks Pukkie. The little valley was fun to make. I've started a new zoo and have decided to devide it into four elements, Water, Earth, Wind and fire. Here's the water part: The entrance is below left (not in shot) with sea lions on the left and wading birds on the right. A rest and relaxation area. Below is the southern sea otter exhibit. And here's also the orca tank. Overview with on the left a manta ray tank and a slice of the crocodile exhibit. On the other side of the orca show building are harbor purposes. Food courts with a lot of eating facilities, but it was the only way to keep the GH up. I'm hoping to delete at least one restaurant when the guests spread out more: One more overview: GH 93 AH 98 I hope to keep the happiness this way. That's all the room I had for 'Water'. Next up, Earth.
