A hummingbird has taken up residence near the Observatory benches: Next up we have (door slams)....well, hello! You want to post??? Thank you for that report, Pickle...and it looks like you have inspired the next generation of African (Black-Footed) Penguin explorers!

It's a good thing Pickle didn't go on his adventure this morning, because one of our mountain gorillas decided to go on its own expedition...inspired by Pickle! The gorilla was returned to its exhibit before any pictures could be taken. Another development this morning...a giant rock formation out of nowhere! There's an opening...where does it lead??? There are exhibits in here! Watch out for bats! What lives in the big exhibit??? I see a tail!

Either that, or the allogators sneak out for a snack when no one's watching! Need a rest after walking through the whole cave??? Have a seat! What does this area look like from above??? Check it out! They thought that they should pay a visit to the penguins...trouble is...giraffes don't swim! So this giraffe drowned its sorrows in food... Here we see the Canadian Lynx resting...

The Malaysian Tapir and viewing area: Crested Gibbon and its viewing area: That's it for tonight and probably for a few days. I won't be building tomorrow...I might build on Monday and I'm planning on starting my contest entry on Tuesday. But, I'm sure I'll be thinking of what to build next!

Have a great idea for another zoo...been looking at dls for it. Might have to start on it before starting my contest entry!
