pukkie Posted September 2, 2012 Posted September 2, 2012 With apologies to Mrcple for failing the very gentle deadline as there was plenty to have finished it asn if my zoo didn't start to have issues while I was at about 75% I might have made it Instead I started over knowing the deadline was too closeby on which I was correct seeing the little amount I have been able to do so far Besides that this zoo is doing way less good as the crashed ones as that zoo about ALL exhibits had 3-5 stars ranking and here only one has 4 stars and all other have none :crybaby: But I will continue this up to the point is finished or (and I hope that won't happen) is having serious problems Here are the screes of my aquatic area next to the zoo entrance Overvieuw Angelfish (taken care for by Andrea) Atlantic Swordfish (same care taker) And the Amazone dolphin (taken care for by Alicia who also trains them and hosts shows) And an guest entertaining corner with and Amazone Aquarium, an Atlantic Sharks tunnel a restaurant a waterbike attraction a swimshack and a swim with dolphin opportunity
pukkie Posted September 2, 2012 Author Posted September 2, 2012 On the left side of the zoo entrance is an arctic area starting with Arctic wolves Taken Care for by Anne-Lis and the arctic Meerkats (same caretaker) hmm might add that Arctic kangaroo any way now I missed the participation on the contest lol) An arctic Giftshop surrounded by Arctic Glacier Bears (taken care for by Adrian ) Opposite of that the Alaskan Black Bears (same caretaker) It's feeding time at the Arctic Homotherium Their scientist ia Astrid She also gives care and feeds the Arctodus Simus But not alone she is helped for poo scooping by Anne Marie who had a preculiar kind of penguin in her care The Anthropornis Penguin Two overviews including the entertainment corner in the Arctic Area with the Wild Arctic Experience A restaurant an Arctic Aquarium and a Crustecean House
pukkie Posted September 2, 2012 Author Posted September 2, 2012 Today I finished the area for the animals who'd like some elevation I already started that but today it got finished by adding the last 2 of the exhibits on Alpaca Avenue and the Alpine Ibex enclosure That way I could at least show you again a finished area Starting with the wonderful American Bighorns (taken care for by Allard) The Amur leopard (same zookeeper) The Asian Blackbear (taken care for by Ayleen) She also takes care for the first exhibit on Alpaca Avenue the brown Alpaca's Their next door neighbours are the black Alpaca Amy takes care of them She however is also fond of Monkeys so she also takes care of the Monkey's next to the bears, the Arunachal Macaques There is an Apehouse so guets can see more species and be entertained by their tricks Then we have the final 2 exhibits from Alpaca Avenue which has one enclosure for strictly fawn Alpaca's and the other one is a mixed exhibit for white and dark brown Alpaca's All taken care for by Andrew And to finish the area I had one more available animal which is the Alpine Ibex I hired Zookeeper Alexander to take care for them and guest staying in the Alpine Lodge have a nice close look into their enclosure Overviews from the elevation loving animals

fountain Posted September 2, 2012 Posted September 2, 2012 Good grief! You did all that--after losing most of your zoo-- in that short amount of time?! :JC_see_stars: :yahoo: It looks great and I'm certain your stats will come around :cheer-girls-group-3x2-green:
(Trustee)ZooGrammy Posted September 2, 2012 Posted September 2, 2012 Great to see your zoo Pukkie. In post #1 you have the arches by Dr Rick and I see that you can place something on the top of them. That is so neat. I can't think of anything else that is an object that you can place something on the top of it.
Fern Posted September 3, 2012 Posted September 3, 2012 Great to see your zoo Pukkie. In post #1 you have the arches by Dr Rick and I see that you can place something on the top of them. That is so neat. I can't think of anything else that is an object that you can place something on the top of it. You can't. The fountain is part of the arch. You can put those arches in tanks and have fish swim under them too
(Trustee)ZooGrammy Posted September 3, 2012 Posted September 3, 2012 Oh, Fern, I feel like such a dunce!
Fern Posted September 4, 2012 Posted September 4, 2012 Oh, Fern, I feel like such a dunce! Never. Just I am more familiar with this one than you.
