Decorated Grass Pack

You can place the grass at the bottom of the tank, on the water terrain. Animals can walk through the grass. Because these are decorated foliage for the zoo, so don't effect the animals, and still appear if you click "hide foliage".

Although they have their own terrain type, you still can place them for free just the style you like. :)

I Found some AOE2 fire images...but not sure it can be used in zt1 or not.... any suggestion??
