The item is from Age of Empires II: Forgotten Empires, which is an unofficial expansion to the evergreen RTS classic, Age of Empires II. http://www.forgottenempires.net/ I just got the expansion a few days ago, ummmm.... didn't know the effect of this in AOE2 game haha.
