(Designer)Zarawatto Posted January 21, 2022 Author Posted January 21, 2022 I'm back after a while! Honestly, as I told in the Aussie Tour post, I ran out of ideas when developing this zoo... I'm not that pleased with the final result... I ran out of time without buying the last buildings... I just bought the last flower beds after the campaign ended or the zoo would look just half colored... Anyways... The next zoo will be the first Dino Park, and it will be so much better! Empty Beach Resort from the Beach Resort Zoo campaign: User-made only resctricted: Animals, paths, decorative fences and scenery. In-game stuff allowed: Exhibit fences, buildings, rocks, foliage and staff. Objectives: 1. Rating: 80. 2. Animal happiness: 90. 3. Suitability: 80 for 7 exhibits. 4. Diveristy: At least 2 animals from North Pole, Austrialia, North America, South America, Southeast Asia, North Africa and 5 from african savannah. Default buildings: None. In-game animals required: None. Main view of the map: Spoiler For the entrance, we got Hawkkeye's Wild Turkey & Ghirin's Gryfalcon... This gave me a new idea... Next free zoo will be a full avian zoo! 🦅🦅 Spoiler If you wanna have a nice time at the Devona's Ballpit, you gotta walk across a small praire, between Borsato's Defassa Waterbuck & Hawkkeye's Secretary Bird (secretary birb was a new release when I built this) Spoiler Otherwise, you may go to the island and get a snack! Also go and take a look at the elephants graveyard where Borsato's Striped Hyaenas are taking a rest in their skull cave 💀💀 Spoiler The first idea was the path guiding to a building where the default rock cave is at the start... I built the exhibits for Khaydar's Spectacled bear, Borsato's Common Wombat & Borsato's Sulawesi Babyrusa... The time ended and this wasn't concluded... Anyways, I'll give these animals a second chance in the following scenarios! Spoiler I'm aware that it's not as good as other of my zoos, I know... Aussie Tour just got most of my inspiration and ideas 😹😹 But my neurons are filled again for the Dino Zoos... Wait for them 🦖🦖 1
(Designer)Zarawatto Posted January 25, 2022 Author Posted January 25, 2022 Another finished campaign! But first, a short tale... About 15 years ago, when I first played ZT CC, I tought that the game was lacking several of the most known dinos... Then, I discovered modding and UCAs... So, I said that I would design those missing animals myself, including my fav dinos (Spoiler... I never learnt... Thus, it never happened) Now that I'm replaying the whole campaign using only user-made animals, I finally found that most of them are already available (Not all of them, I still want the Amargasaurus and some others...) So, for this empty zoo, I built the mesozoic zoo of my dreams with the dinos I always wanted... Dedicated to my old childhood! Let me introduce you then to the Empty Valley of the Dinosaur from the Valley of the Dinosaurs campaign: User-made only restricted: Animals, paths, decorative fences & scenery. In-game stuff allowed: Exhibit fences, buildings, rocks, foliage & staff. Objectives: 1. Rating: 75. 2. Animal happiness: 75. 3. Diversity: 8 prehistoric animals. 4. Suitability: 85 for 8 dino exhibits. Main view of the valley! Spoiler The main plaza is a remake of the Aussie Tour entrance... Come to the Jane's Wild info booth before you start the journey! Take a look to the DrRick's Guanlong bone bed 🦴🦴 Spoiler Using Vondell's Steel bridge pieces, in this zoo the customers are caged instead dinos! There is the Predator Side and the Plant Lovers Spoiler Spoiler Starting with the Plant Lovers, the light of LAwebTek's Large fire wil guide you to the Borsato's Corythosaurus small forest! Spoiler Spoiler The next one is a big girl! You'll find Borsato's Diplodocus near the Bigcatkeeper's Spiral sculpture! Spoiler Spoiler Now, a dino that most of us needed since first ZT release... A couple of Hendrix's Pachycephalosaurus awaits for you next to the Cristijaberjaws' Rainforest ruins! Spoiler Spoiler Be a good plant lover and visit the Jane's Wild botanical garden! Just follow Borsato's Parasaurolophus singing and you'll find the way! Spoiler Spoiler Now, tell me... Are you a true Plant Lover? Or do yo belong in Predator side? If that's the case, you'll find Borsato's Ceratosaurus jungle pond if you come near the Ghirin's Tusk statue Spoiler Spoiler Next to it, you may also visit the newborn Borsato's Baryonyx's fishing lake! Just watch out for all the Z.Z.'s Bubblers around or you'll get whole splashed! Spoiler Spoiler If a jungle pond and a forest lake weren't enough, then come and see Khaydar's Carnotaurus and her piece of beach! You may also approach and walk across it using Catfish's Wooden bridge! Spoiler Spoiler Too much water! For the last spot, you may also visit a little piece of desert where a family of Borsato's Oviraptor! And a small blooper 😅😅 At this point, I got the Lots of hungry guests message, so I bought a Jane's Wild Aqua Restaurant... Or I thought it... While I was writting this and taking the screens, the message kept popping until I noticed about my mistake... I got the wrong building... a Jane's Wild Aquarium hahaha now it's fixed and customers may take a break, where they'll show themselves as plant lovers or predators! Spoiler Spoiler Oops! Spoiler Fixed! Spoiler That's it for now... Building this dino park was pretty fun! So... Are you plant lovers or predators? I'm a pinch both 😼😼 Until next empty zoo 🦕🦕 1 1
Fern Posted January 25, 2022 Posted January 25, 2022 You do know I recoloured all the dino fences. That includes natural colours like browns and weathered looks. I see you like using Jay's cobblestone fences too. Would you like them in other colours? 1
