Decorative Flowerbed Fences Pack by Zootan This pack contains a collection of 42 decorative fences in Zootan's "flowerbed" style. Also included are files of the low hedge fence and the sand wall with images that overwrite the originals so that they fit in with the "flowerbed" style. These 2 files are not included in the combined .ztd file. If you don't want these to be changed, do not include them. Please click on the picture to see the full screenshot. A 14-piece building set that allows for the building of greenhouse structures, including both decorative and exhibit wall fences, a variety of 1x1 and 3x3 roof tiles, and an additional fence piece intended to look like support posts. The 3x3 roofs work similar to those in Catfish's Aviary Set. Though they appear to take up 9 game tiles, they really only occupy their central tile, allowing objects to be placed freely "under" the surrounding 8 tiles. Building with these roofs can take some getting used to initially. This approach creates some graphical quirks that are unavoidable, such as tall objects appearing to clip through the roofs, or corners of the roofs appearing "behind" certain objects -- this is a tradeoff for all roofs that use this method of placement. Only fences and paths can be placed under the 1x1 roofs, as they occupy their full footprint. Still, they can be used in many different ways. Note that although the support post wall appears to have empty space between the poles, as a decorative fence, guests will not be able to walk directly through them. The roofs are configured to be able to be placed over tank water, allowing for fully "enclosed" land and tank exhibits. The roofs use the surface of the water as their "ground" when placed over tanks. This can be a little tricky to work with at first. This set can be used in conjunction with the Modern Wooden Fences set to create even more kinds of structures. This set requires the LANG--ZTCDD.dll to be placed inside the main Zoo Tycoon directory in order to properly display the custom menu information for the fences. This file is available from Zoo Tycoon Designer's Guild. The menu information may appear blank or incorrect without this file. *NOTE: The roof pieces will not work on hills.

Hawaiian Restaurant Author: Devona (original graphics) and Mark Bell (original configuration) Guests will appreciate being able to enjoy Hawaiian food and watch the hula dancers. Created before the release of the Dinosaur Digs (DD) expansion, the original zip used an exe that overrode the ingame dll and used IDs that Blue Fang used in the DD expansion for fences. With updates from casey and Jay, we are now releasing it back into play. The messages are in langZA03.dll. The purchase menu name is "Hawaiian Restaurant", while the purchase menu tooltip uses the more specific name "Aloha Grill Restaurant". Enjoy. The Red Panda is an original new endangered animal, compatible with Zoo Tycoon 1 (no expansion packs needed). You might also hear this little critter's unique cry once in a while. From Wikipedia: The red panda (Ailurus fulgens), also called the lesser panda, the red bear-cat, and the red cat-bear, is a mammal native to the eastern Himalayas and southwestern China. It has reddish-brown fur, a long, shaggy tail, and a waddling gait due to its shorter front legs; it is slightly larger than a domestic cat. It is arboreal, feeds mainly on bamboo, but also eats eggs, birds, and insects. Red Dragon by Lehner The red dragon is the most frequent member of the dragon family. Often people think that dragons are evil beasts which destroy fields and villages, though most dragons are peaceful carnivorous lizards. They eat everything, from berries and fish to amphibians, reptiles, birds, rodents, deer and also other carnivores like bears or wolves. In the winter time they sleep in caves on mountains or behind waterfalls. The file contains a beta version of the red dragon and the dragon tree (the red dragons favourite object). This mod changes the User Interface, making the Build Menu, the Animal Menu, and the Scenery Menu bigger. If you would like to see more icons in your menus then this is for you. This is meant for 1600x900 or higher widescreen resolutions, but will work on any resolution. There are 2 versions in the zip file, one that is for 800x600 screens, and the bigger one for all the rest. Only install one version. This mod integrates with Jay's allow purchase babies mod, thanks to Jay for suggesting this. This mod is technically a hack, because it modifies the following game files: buldhab.lyt, buya.lyt, buyobj.lyt, and teraform.lyt. It will not work with other mods that modify the same files. If you have an older version of this mod or you are using jay's allow purchase babies mod then you should uninstall those mods first before using this one! Pegasus by RSN Pegasus is a mythical creature of ancient Greece. The scientific name is Equus pegasus. According to folk tales, Pegasus was born from Medusa's blood when Medusa was decapitated. Peagasus eats apples, sugar cubes, and grasses, like a real horse. Pegasus can fly. The name Pegasus means "flying horse". Bellerophon tamed Pegasus with the help of Athena's golden bridle. Later, Pegasus flew to Mount Olympus and Zeus transformed Pegasus into one constellation. Pegasus is white, big, and with a pair of wings. Pegasus is fast in flight, allowing it to escape from predators. Since the animal configuration links to the sounds of ZT's Przewalski's Wild Horse, either CC is needed or the official Endangered Species Pack download is needed to hear the sounds.

Forest Elephant by rightEyElash Many people think that there are just 2 species of elephant, the African and the Asian elephants. But in fact recently a third was given the status of a full species. The Forest Elephant is found in the rain forests of central Africa. It is smaller than the savannah, or Bush Elephant, and also has rounder ears. It is equipped with straighter tusks that do not curve outwards, which allow it to walk through dense rainforest without having to worry about getting them stuck in the vegetation. This animal is made from the regular African Elephant. It is just a stat change, which allows it to be placed in a rainforest environment. This animal might come as a pleasant surprise to you when it comes to which original animal it is compatible with. Notes: The configuration of this elephant is mostly the same as ZT's African Elephant. Its behavior might seem different because of ZT's intentional randomness. But there are a few differences. This forest elephant wants rainforest things instead of savannah. Its speed is slower than the African Elephant, because forest elephants in real life tend to be smaller and also have to move slower through forests than in open savannahs. This forest elephant does not go over jumpable fences. This forest elephant costs more. Like the African Elephant, this elephant wants elephant shelters and swinging log toy. But those are configured to be used only by ZT's elephants. So the forest elephant will not use them, but will be happy with them in the exhibit. Also, many user made animals that were made in the early days of ZT are configured to like itself by a high amount. That is true with this one as well. The problem with that is the smiley face may be given when it shouldn't. Like the African Elephant, the forest elephant wants no more than 6 in its exhibit. Adding more will give a smiley face when it shouldn't and might seem like everything is okay when it is not. That was not changed when this animal was updated in case there are existing zoos that are relying on it. So try not to have more than 6 in an exhibit.

The diet consists almost completely of small fish; also small mammals, reptiles, shellfish and insects. The Long-billed Curlew (Numenius americanus) is the largest shorebird in North America. It breeds in shortgrass or mixedgrass to very dry grasslands. Long-billed Curlews are a late-maturing, long-lived species with low reproductive output. Eggs are olive-buff and are evenly spotted with brown or gray. The following changes were made to the capacity of the base game shelters: - Small Wooden Shelter/Small Stable/Small Burrow/Small Concrete Shelter/Small Lean-to/Small Elephant Shelter/Small Giraffe Shelter = 10 - Wooden Shelter/Stable/Burrow/Concrete Shelter/Lean-to/Large Elephant Shelter/Large Giraffe Shelter/Dinosaur Burrow/Ice Age Cave/Dinosaur Cave = 25 - Large Wooden Shelter/Large Stable/Large Burrow/Large Concrete Shelter/Large Lean-to/Sunken Ship/Seafloor Cave/Rock Cave/Snowy Rock Cave = 50 THIS MUST BE PLACED IN YOUR /dlupdate FOLDER TO WORK FULLY, OTHERWISE SOME SHELTERS MAY NOT HAVE THE INCREASED CAPACITY. This hack is for players that do not like to have more than one shelter in any given exhibit, like myself. This hack provides edited .ai files for each non-user created shelter to increase their capacity and eliminate "There are not enough shelters in the exhibit." messages. I have been using variants of this hack for many years (similar to the Double Capacity Shelter Hack, however this one includes all shelters and makes their capacities even higher). I have tested this hack thoroughly: I've observed as many as 40 Zebras in a single exhibit with a single Large Wooden Shelter, with no issues appearing. I have had no known bugs from the .ai files that encompass this hack. This is the dragon that was promised! :) This dragon came from the original AOFE mod (I guess). I found the stand, walk, attack, and death animations, and made this dragon with them. Unfortunately, there are no flying animations, because for some reason it was a ground unit. This is my first animal so he will probably get updated. The baiji is a freshwater dolphin found only in the Yangtze River in China. The dolphin is also called Chinese River Dolphin, Yangtze River Dolphin, Whitefin Dolphin and Yangtze Dolphin. The Baiji population declined drastically in decades as China industrialized and made heavy use of the river for fishing, transportation, and hydroelectricity. Efforts were made to conserve the species, but a late 2006 expedition failed to find any Baiji in the river. Organizers declared the Baiji "functionally extinct",[4] which would make it the first aquatic mammal species to become extinct since the demise of the Japanese Sea Lion and the Caribbean Monk Seal in the 1950s.
