The most shocking thing I ever learned about this game is that the Lion's Mane Jelly is a secret show animal. I didn't know about that one for years and no one ever talks about it. I wonder if it was used to test Shows since it's "tricks" are really simple, and the devs just left it in as a joke, or they forgot it was in at all.1 point

Since Avia Hills (all birds) and African animal Sanctuary (all African animals), I started working on a project that I named 'REPTILIS' This building houses reptiles such as Black caiman, Nile monitors, Galapàgos tortoises, Aldabra turtles and western pond turtles. Lets show you around in what is halfway the creation process: The entrance which takes the guests to the animals: Other side + snack area with climbing plants: The guests will first stumble upon the turtle area with western pond turtles: Galapàgos tortoises and Aldabra turtles: Following the cobblestone walls, the guests will see the impressive Black caiman and Nile monitor lizards: As you can see 'Reptilis' is an indoor reptile park. A nice heated sanctuary where reptiles and guests feel at their best. More images will follow soon. Bye!1 point

Welcome to Reptilis! As you may have read before, I decided to make an indoor reptile building. This turned out to become Reptilis. Reptilis houses 7 different species. Let me guide you around. First the guests arrive by car and park nearby the entrance of REPTILIS park. This is the finished entrance of the building. The first three enclosures are dedicated to turtles. First some western pond turtles, then Aldabra turtles (endless thanks to you Vondell) and Galapàgos tortoises. These images resemble to the ones posted earlier BUT the turtles have had little ones! Therefor a lot of (and slightly too many) people pass by. The relaxing guests are very fast interrupted by the sound of splashing water and cracking bones as they head towards the saltwater crocodiles And right at the other side of them, they'll find some rare black caiman Next to the Caiman enclosure, there are the Nile monitors. At first I kept them in a small enclosure, but now they can be in what they deserve. We already came to the last animal of the park: the rough neck monitor lizard At last I'll finish with two overviews of the park AND again a map (just because I have fun making those). Now I have no clue anymore what to design next.. suggestions??1 point

Pretty much the biggest thing that surprised me a while back, is that I can actually have a 1366x768 screen in ZT1 by editing the zoo.ini file. Stuff ingame hasn't really surprised me though since I've been playing this game ever since it came out and it's been one of my most played games.1 point

I discovered a while ago that you can put a lot of marine species in same tank, so far my record is 7 species.1 point

WELCOME TO AVIA HILLS! The park is now finished! Let me guide you around. This is a little map that shows the variety of birds in the park and where to find them. Lets take a closer look: When entering, the guests can enjoy the sound of falling water. The first aviary on the left side contains a couple of African green ring-necked parakeets. When the guests continue their climb, they'll arrive at a slightly larger aviary, containing some Indian grey ring-necked parakeets and some Indian lutino ring-necked parakeets. They can also enjoy having a look at the parakeet/parrot sculpture. When descending the path, the guests will stumble upon the Blue-headed parrot enclosure. Nextdoors they'll see the beautiful Scarlet ibis enclosure, where the guests also can purchase a snack. While snacking down the path, the guests will enter the walkthrough aviary that contains some black storks and some Whooping cranes. Exiting the aviary means that the guests are halfway their visit and are therefor reminded with the sound of falling water. Being halfway means that it is time to impress the audience. The Golden eagle aviary does the job. A small resting area with the present sounds of the Electus parrots and the Keel-billed toucans. The last aviary contains some beautiful Galah cockatoo's. To end, I would like to show you an overview at two different angles of Avia Hills. Thank you for the support. Don't hesitate if you have questions or remarks. I have had a lot of fun with this one.
