The maintenance workers should fix them if I made them. So what fences do you mean? This is true of the "forever fences hack" The SuperHack only does the early ones that Toodlepops and I did apparently. (Coloured plexi and concrete) I have never checked that to see that it true or was done right. One day I will do a fence hack for all the fences I did and remove any of my ones from the SuperHack so it does not conflict. You might have hacks ingame that conflict with other hacks. That will cause problems too
