  1. I'm glad you found it! I've done this before. I use the utility picket fence to section off the areas I don't want my guests in yet. Sometimes tho' I forget to remove some of the fencing, especially if they're as well-hidden as yours was!

  2. You found it...that's what is important. I know you will not make the same mistake again. It happens to all of us.

  4. Here are the additional flags, banners of South Africa, Madagascar, Chile, Peru, Argentina. Going straight back is the composting of zoo poo and kitchen scraps and the maintenance of buildings and walls and the zoo foliage nursery, and the zoo veterinary center. Below the vet center is a view of 3 bat exhibits which closer views in later posts. Up front the Galapagos birds, variety of S Amer flamingos, Spectacled Bear, Three-toed Sloth.

  5. Es una mera licencia creativa. Además, facilita controlar la cantidad de vegetación que se agrega a las instalaciones. Le quita un poco el aire natural, sí, pero permite que los animales sean más fáciles de ver. Ya es cosa de gustos 🤔🤔

  7. There are updates of those zoos at DG. Fern (me) won't be able to help until she is able to return home. Cricket will have to act as a go between with people and Jay for now. I have had a death in the family and have no idea how long I will be sorting things out. It was expected so knowing it was coming helped.

  8. I thought about putting a Dino into the enclosure, but I thoought that would not be very efficent haha.. I always want to see the animals, but your planning ideas make sense Also my zoo was in year 13, wonder if that causees trashes And as I said my zoo was still crashing And I dont want to manually pull out every file and test... that is way too horrible for something that is supposed to be fun. Any other fixes All of my zoos do this and I am frustrated, but I also appreciate the replies I get here on this issue.

  9. I'm sorry, I laughed out loud at the image of the guests running amok after deleting the entrance. I don't think anyone has come up with a "No Guests" hack. I recently decided to demolish a zoo that had been started by someone else, so I couldn't just "restart" from the beginning. What I did was name a male guest Alfred H. This causes birds to chase the guests screaming from the zoo- like in Alfred Hitchcocks movie "The Birds". I find this amusing. I sold all the animals, deleted their enclosures, raised the entrance fee to $100. After the guests stopped running and screaming, there were still a few, so I named another guest Afred H & that took care of the few stragglers. Since I no longer have any animals in the zoo, no more guests will come in. At this point, I will plan & build the entire zoo without placing any animals. I usually do this on pause during scenarios in order to not waste any more time than necessary. If I'm doing a scenario that gives me animals, so I don't have a choice but to deal with them and guests, raising the admission to $100 causes fewer guests to enter. Then, I still try to do as much as possible on pause.

  10. There are a couple of maps made by Blue Fang that have the "items too close to the edge" problem. I assume they didn't realize it would be an issue until after release. It's still possible that you have other items in the zoo causing crashing issues. I'm not very tech savy, but I seem to recall threads that talk specifically about crashing issues. Fern will be able to help more soon.

  11. Ok had to pop in and redo bookmarks cause my hard drive needed replacing and of course they installed Win 10 which I hate and lost all m y bookmarks. As for the 3D Virtual World look up myvirtualbeach.com That is the web site for my virtual grid. If any of you have ever heard of Second Life or know what it's like VB runs on the opensim platform almost exactly like second life. The only difference between the 2 is the game engine that powers the client. SL uses the Havok Engine where VB Uses X or Y Engine. Will be mo9ving hose for the 25th of September so may not be until first week of October before net is reconnected. But until next time Happy Building and Downloading.

  12. If you have enough space yet, Hawkkeye has created a pack of antarctic birbs. I think that those might be a nice addition to a Southern Hemisphere themed zoo!

  13. If I have understood you correctly, the answer is becuase zoos are not always the same as nature and being so sometimes means you cannot see the animals. Plus it's how I like to build
