  2. Most of the buildings in the second picture have been used by various members of ZA and Tek for buildings - shelters and at least one gift shop I can think of offhand. I don't think he did any shelters until he came to Tek and I don't recall helping him with that set. I will have a look through the back of DD and see if I have any reference to the Indian ones. They are another set of buildings that ZA and Tek used. Jane for sure and probably yellowrose and I am sure at least one other person. The Wildlife game was extremely popular for raiding long before RDingFT got to it.

  3. Happy to finally share what I've been working on the past three weeks. Check out ZooBerry, another Zoo Tycoon mod database and will be home to all ZooMania, Northern Skies, and Artifex's downloads. Also happy to host new files as well, you'll notice our ZT1 section is quite small :P (I'll see what I can do about it later) I used run all three with a team of close-knit friends and awesome people, so my little motivation here is just to keep what they made alive for as long as I am able. We'll see how far I can take this project though! Currently there are about ~30-ish mods in there and most lean in Zoo Tycoon 2's favor. I'm looking at about ~800 files across all three backups so it will take me a minute. I'll use this thread to announce new additions every few milestones. I'm not a web designer by trade but I tried my best :P If you see the UI acting up, let me know and I can fix it. Additional features that are currently missing include designer profiles, more sorting options, and a few more quality of life improvements. If you have any suggestions or maybe I got something wrong in a description or post somewhere, please let me know! Happy to consider any and all ideas. (Genuinely, this was step 1 to getting EMU out and about, so that's coming up next!) Enjoy!

  5. I love the look of that 'brown bear wooden house.' I'd love to have it for my merged rdingft pack.

  6. So someone known as MJ on the Restorer's United Discord figured out the problem when I DM'd them personally for advice on what could've been wrong. As it turns out? I was missing "config5.ztd", which upon reinstalling the patch for the Nocturnal House and making sure "config5.ztd" was in the same folder as the mod's "config4.ztd"? Low and behold, Nessie was actually present as it should be!

  7. Mmh, weird. Could be something with one of the files for an animal in that upcoming Pelagic pack conflicting with MM Freeform unlock, somehow leading to this catastrophe, but I doubt that. In the meantime I'll await the Ungulate pack, mostly those giraffes. I reeeeaaally wanna have giraffes in my zoos that aren't the weirdly fickle base game ones.

  9. A couple more before I head off to bed (I went a little bit overboard and my wrists hurt LOL I gotta take a few days off but my zoo tycoon obsession is back full force) Edmontosaurus (Savannah) and Kosmoceratops (Coniferous). Both of them are babies right now but I will update once they reach adulthood! No glitches, bugs, behavioral issues, freezes, crashes, etc. The guests love them and they are happy and content. I gave them the foliage they required and then went full ham with neutral-programmed foliage that wouldn't affect their happiness levels because I wanted everything look as lush and natural as possible.

  10. Today we have the Indian Cobra! As a longtime lover of snakes, I was excited to play around with these guys. This exhibit went through a whole overhaul right at the beginning because I wanted to use Vondell's new black mesh aquarium ceiling pieces to make it look like they were fenced in, but exhibit suitability immediately went to zero and enraged the snakes, so I have to find a way to work around that in a future exhibit. That's alright though because I went ahead and used the brown steel bridge roof pieces for around the perimeter to give the illusion that they were predator-proof. I used the HP castle pieces on the outside of the exhibit and placed restaurant doors up against them to create the illusion that guests could go inside 'for a closer look' at the snakes. Next time I'll be smarter and I won't squish the exhibit right up against the map walls. These guys are great, though. Easy to please and they didn't cause any freezes, crashes, or cause any strange bugs.

  11. Here they are all grown up! The scientist says their exhibit is well suited but I'm definitely making them a larger one next time.

  12. Today's animal is the Pachyrhinosaurus! They're still babies right now but I'm excited to see them grow into adults! They're easy to please and they haven't caused any bugs or crashes! Ceratopsians are my favorite dinosaur genus and I'm glad to see more mods of them!
