@HeatherL not a big clown fan huh? 🤣😆 Final animation for the clown is finished (jk):7 points

That is too funny. I can absolutely relate to your experience with old Victorian-era porcelain dolls though...Mom and all of my aunts would have their dressers infected with them. I hated it and to this day I avoid making eye contact if I see one of those dolls 🤣3 points

I'll download the file to save for posterity, but it'll be labeled "Warning! Clown!". I also have issues with old Victorian-Era porcelain dolls. :-I hmm Maybe I just have issues...3 points

Yeah the height was a deliverable I mentioned in my last post. Haven't addressed it yet but it's an easy fix. For now only basketball players get to enjoy balloon animals muahaha >:] I like the idea pukkie! I'll see if I can make it work. Meet the clown vendor: Big basic colors. I considered giving the shirt more detail but I'll have to settle on the color-blocks. Once this is scaled down and I give it a pixel art effect, a lot of detail will be lost so I'm only keeping what distinguishes it as a clown. BF seemed to have taken a similar approach with the guests.3 points

This is how I'm going to describe it from now on. And of course, you avoid making eye contact, you don't want to chance waking it up.2 points

oh the second one is sooo much better even! I love that Goosifer You done fantastic !2 points

Well, Bleep! I forgot those "ancient" pix 2012? were cleared to make more room on the server. Just believe me. If I find something I will tag it onto here. I used ghost "statues", a court jester, a queen, walking "Frankie" from several different sites. We have a lot of Autumn and spooky downloads here.1 point

Try looking over at Zoo Admin for them. Oh dear I see it is suspended again. No doubt it will be back so just keep an eye out for it.1 point

Stopping point for tonight. The test animation was fun but mostly I wanted to see what it would look like as pixel art: It needs a lot of tweaking but I'm pretty happy with it. It will be a little smaller so it should blend in with the other guest sprites I hope. Next step is to get it inside of the stand and animate proper vendor animations.1 point

Argentavis & Cuban owl were resized as suggested by Hawkkeye... Also, when I was working with the lodge shelter, I learnt how to give them a brighter appearance to textures so they don't look faint or blurry1 point

Comparing it to the ingame stand nearby, you might have to lower that counter a little. Our guests aren't all basketball players. Otherwise I think it is great. specially that cute dog on the top.1 point

Taking a different direction with the design. Sorry pukkie and prince, I couldn't make the other balloons work on the new one :( Tomorrow I'll work on modeling the clown and some light animation. I have no idea how to model a human yet. I'll fix the lighting on the weekend hopefully. Right now the shading doesn't blend well in the game.. Edit: Rough idea what it would look like in game to test: I'm getting there I think. I need to make it shorter though as the window and counters are too tall.1 point

It doesn’t look quite right from behind since I only cared about the front view. I’ll render isolated sprites for the asset pack though and see if they turn out right. I wouldn’t mind if someone made it into a balloon ride.1 point

Why not make the frog as a Blimp as well. Or a balloon ride if you put a basket under it.1 point
-
I made the frog and the hyena by @pukkie and @YoungerPrinceLothric's request: They'll be small enough you won't be able to make them out too well but that's fine: The lighting is still a bit rough. This one is going to be a little hard to get right I think. The head might extend a bit too far to the left.1 point

I was browsing the Planet Zoo workshop on Steam today and I wonder if these would work? Not necessarily copy the user's idea exactly, but I think it would be cool to have an adjacent 'rack' or 'stand' nearby to show off all the balloon options like in the clothing rack seen here Here are a few others1 point

Im glad your jaw went back into place. If you can you should see a regular doctor, explain what happened, and make sure you didnt/dont have lockjaw. Below is what the web says when running a search for "What causes someones jaw to be unable to close all the way" "A tight jaw can happen for many reasons, such as stress, temporomandibular joint disorders, grinding the teeth at night, and tetanus, also known as lockjaw." So it would be good to know what it was before it happens again, and make sure it isnt tetanus. Sorry about sounding like a Mom, but sometimes things can be serious.1 point

Thank you for the well-wishes everyone. Jaw locked back into place as I was waiting in the ER which honestly is the worst timing. Doc didn't know how to help me. Still some issues with the jaw but for now it's looking like I'll be a-okay. The Atlantean Fountain is finally out and about. Here are a few different versions you can download: Download at ZooTek: (Download here) Download the alternative version at ZooBerry: (Download here - click the 'alternative' button) Download the Atlantean Fountain Asset Pack at ZooBerry: https://www.zooberry.org/mods/assets/atl-ftn-assets/ Feel free to use the asset pack in your own mods and creations Included is: The 3D model in .blend format. To save space, I removed the waterfall sprites and splashes, otherwise the file went up to 60 mb. If you're interested in that version, let me know and I can send you a private download link by dm. All sprites and frames ready for animation and prepped for Zoot. The PSD file where I post-processed the sprites. Standard version = mostly standard traits typical in other vanilla objects. Play to win. Alternative = big bonuses toward zoo rating, guest happiness, etc. Play for fun. All of the fountain configuration traits are thanks to Jay and Fern for showing me how to add those!1 point
