Aw, thank you, Savannahjan. I think I did create a little escapism here. Yup, Fern is right of course.
I have finished the fourth part of the garden, and so this zoo is done. YAY. :post-1551-1124418072:
The cottage garden.
Frome the entrance you turn left. All the plants from this garden have been grown in this indoor garden center that guests can visit. From there you can either follow the path, or stroll through a secluded area with rose arches, crabapple and apple trees.
Below are the badgers, horses occupy the rest of the fruit garden with loads of apples.
As you can see, the fruit garden leads to the vegetable patch. From here you can visit the Quilt shop. It's located in a woodland setting between the badger and red fox exhibit.
If you skip the quilt shop and go straight ahead, you'll find the actual cottage with its herb garden and flower borders. Here's also a small farmer's market.
Leaving the cottage you enter the barnyard area. Between the pony ride and cottage is the 'boerderijvarken' (farm pig, downloaded this from the Dutch site).
The rest of the space next to the vegetable patch has Bantam Chickens. Loads of flower borders again. The path bordering the entrances to the water garden has a rock garden flower border.

That's it! Time to go on vacation while having fun thinking about what to build for my next zoo!
Thanks all you guys for your wonderful compliments on this zoo! It's what's keeping me going!
