https://horseprogressdays.com is something I had never heard of until today. It is vendors & demonstrations of farming with horses and other low tech machinery used by Plain communities in North America. I believe it began in the mid 1990s and the location changes every year.
Modeling a zoo with low tech or indigenous agricultural and animal husbandry, fishing, and "festival" games from around the world may inspire creating some new animals, new foliage combo packs, new fence exhibit or decor styles, new working educational and food buildings and scenery buildings, and new festivals decor for guests to experience.
Plus new themes etc., for our terrific designers to try out. Maybe non designers could also contribute by researching decor, color, types of foliage, foods to feature in buildings and exhibits. It could even be a theme for a zoo contest or 22nd ZTP anniversary.
We already have -- Hooray! -- 3 Native American styles, one style of African Village, Indian Diwali decor, Thailand, others and could use -- --Down, Tekkies, down!
For Halloween lovers more animal skeletons for a haunted farm or barn? Zombie milkmaids/plow boys? Attacked by vicious chickens -- Wondering why I dislike live non-dressed chickens with heads, necks, and feet? -- charging live/skeleton cattle, spitting camels, uppity pigs, sheep/llamas who figured out how to use the hand shears?
Lots to work with!
