Hawkkeye, I wanted to report that NONE of your giraffes are showing up as compatible with the Defassa Waterbuck, including the WAG listed above:

Their suitability drops to zero and they throw red frowny faces every time.

Also, in accordance with your original screenshot, are these textures for the West African Giraffe different from the one in your screenshot? Mine is much lighter in color:

I remember, Defassa waterbucks are very angry animals. There was no line in compatible animals to make them compatible with different species, and they would get very angry.

I changed some line in Defassa waterbuck  in my updates to make it compatible with other animals, habitat is the same. Original version of Defassa waterbuck, I am afraid, is going to cause compatibility issues.

 

EDIT: 4th giraffe is reticulated, 5th is West African.

Yes, I reworked West African giraffe to be little smaller with sharper texture before release, and was lazy to make new pic. I am thinking of reworking Angolan giraffe to be smaller, too.

 

EDIT: reticulated giraffe is missing (the dark one).

I wanted to ask, is your Abaco Barb horse compatible with any other animals? I checked the compatibility list and it doesn't appear so.

with my key deer, and with some heron that I will release in my rework of North American marsh that will come in few days.

But before releasing another reworked marsh, here are few South American rodents + some reworks. I reworked them using new Demon Hunter´s models, and decreasing their size to scale better with other animals. Virginia Opossum had problems with shadow protruding into animal model, which is now solved.

 

Animals:

Desmarest´s Hutia, Black Agouti, Central American Agouti, Red Rumped Agouti, Red Acouchi, Nutria, Lesser Capybara

Reworked: Lowland Paca, Mountain Paca, Pacarana, Virginia Opossum

 

Compatibility:

Central American Agouti: Genkicoll´s Keel-Billed Toucan, my Yucatan Brown Brocket, Ocellated Turkey, Yellow-Headed Amazon, Green Jay

Red Rumped Agouti: Borsato´s Capybara, my Pale-Throated Sloth

Black Agouti: my Linnaeus´s Two Toed Sloth, Red-Fan Parrot

Red Acouchi: my Brazilian Porcupine, Blue Headed Macaw, Yellow-Crowned Amazon

Nutria: my Bare-Faced Ibis, Whistling Heron, Maguari Stork, Black-Necked Swan, Black-Bellied Whistling Duck

Lesser Capybara: Khaydar´s Brazilian Tapir, my Wood Stork, Northern Screamer, Muscovy Duck

Desmarest´s Hutia: my Cuban Amazon, Cuban Macaw

Reworked animals have the same compatibility as before.
