Yep, the show was not working. Well it was working... but against me.

So I changed the area and filled the tank with my all time faves, harbor porpoises. They are such a joy to watch and the guests agree. We're all much happier now!

I have finished the harbor area on the other side of the island. Here's one peninsula with residential housing, gardens and relaxing boat rides. Visit the light house for some amazing views, or take a scenic walk right accross the ocean to meet the orca's.

Here's the ocean walk, barely visible, but there is a path along the tank. There's saltwater crocodiles inhabiting the coastline and orca's on the other side.

On the other side In the harbor itself Caspian seals have taken up residence.

On the outskirts of the harbor are Californian sea lions and errr... the errr... dinosaur sea thingy... sorry guys ... forgot the name, but they are verocious! I accidentally put in Nessies eggs with them and they pounced on it like crazy! Within no time all eggs were eaten! After all this time, this game can still surprise me.

There's only one bit of island left. It's a quiet side of the island and I plan to keep it that way. Hope you like it so far!

Silly show tanks...they can be fun, but pesky

I didn't know that Plesiosauri would eat Nessie eggs!

Love the harbor!

I have finnished my island! YAY! I did not like the cliff overlooking the Californian sea lions in the bay, so I made some changes. Now the guests can have a leasurely walk along the bay.

Down at the beach there's an ancient structure occupied by Gemsbok. And if they choose not to go down to the beach, the top path leads alongside the Fisher exhibit. Furthermore there is a sea world show, a restaurant, and if they continue following the path down the beach there's the froggy life center, the harbor seal occupying the waters near the light house and around the cornor lots of wading birds.

Lower path leads along the Wading birds

Upper path leads to a restaurant area with ant house and Kestrel exhibit

The paths merge along the bird house, then splits again.

The upper path heads up into the mountains surrounding the inner lush part of the island. You'll see the bezoar goat and a guest favourite, the barbary monkey.

Lower path leads along the shore line with first the sandhill cranes exhibit and then the southern sea otters. This then leads to a tea house and back to the beach. I moved the crustaceon house to draw guests toward the Galapagos sea lion observation area.

That's it! If you want another close up from something, ask away. I just didn't want to flood the space with loads of pics, so most of the shots are overviews.

It feels great when a zoo is finished. And I love planning for the next zoo. I think it might have a garden theme.
