Thank you, Firehawke! I changed the entrance.

By the way, I didn't know the Brandi was a working building since it showed up in the scenery menu. I hope it will not cause a crash later on, since it's outside the walls. Do you think I should delete it?

I started working on the beach. But it's far from finished. Lots of guests in one heap and fences everywhere to keep them from wandering all over the island! Not to mention crowded animals and ratings all over the place. I need to do more building and get them to disperse. I hope to post shots soon!

I've seeing working buildings outside zoo walls before. Guests can't access them, so they will lose money, but I think that's it.

Love the new entrance!

Good luck with the guests! Maybe change your entry fee to $100??? That way the guests will mostly stay out for a while.

Can't wait to see more!

Thank you all for your comments! I chased all the guests out with a lion. Such fun! And then deleted the animals, so no more guests came in. My island is starting to take shape. I have finished with the entrance and the beach area. Here are some overviews

Off the coast are the Galapagos Sea lions and the southern sea otter.

On the beach are Desert warthog and Desert tortoise

And near the rocky part of the harbour are sea gulls and galapagos penguins on the other side. They were the only penguins I could find that did not need snow.

The inner part of the island is secluded inside a mountainridge, a lush rainforest area with a waterfall and is going to be a parrot's paradise! Then on the other side of the island I want to build a port. Around the island there'll be dolphins playing. So loads to do! But I'm taking my time. I'm really having fun!

Yes, Firehawke, Im really enjoying myself. Still the thought of doing a garden is not far off. Im thinking about doing a zoo divided in sections of different gardens. But first things first. Hopefully I'll do some more building this week!

I did some building today on the rainforest core of the island.

The other side leads into an area that's going to house the main port.

On the hill near the house are American bighorns. They are the only mountain animals I could find that liked brown stone and did not need snow. I also used the ibex (see first pic in this post) but I'm not happy with it. They use too much gray stone and it clashes with the grass, which I cannot change, since it's part of the tunnel. But they will do for now. I do love having them in any zoo.

Some shots without trees. The valley houses parrots, toucans, green tree monitors and paradise birds.

Now, I'm off to search for mountain animals that do not need snow and prefer not everything to be gray stone.
